Immediate dental implant replacement of failing maxillary central incisor post crowns.

Immediate replacement of failed central incisors with post crowns with immediate dental implants and and immediate fixed provisional teeth. Final result shown with 2 Nobel Perfect™ scalloped implants. Note the improved gingival aesthetics, tissue health and excellent bone maintenance. Treatment time was approximately 3 months.

The stained old composite filling in the upper right lateral incisor was also replaced with a new composite restoration for excellent aesthetics and blending.
